Assistant Team Leader duties include:

• Barista duties
• Ensuring that shifts run smoothly
• Maintaining a positive work culture
• Resolving guest issues
• Training new employees
• Completing daily, weekly, monthly reports
• Counting inventory weekly
• Submitting weekly food orders and organizing deliveries
• Creating the weekly work schedules

Requirements:

• Restaurant, fast food, or retail experience
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Customer service mindset
• Must be over 18

Availabilty:

Must be flexible as your work schedule may vary week to week based on business needs while fostering a fair work / life balance. Pay based on experience.
