The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service, with experience in supervising staff and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires a passion for quality food, as well as the ability to train and motivate a team to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. Duties Manage daily café operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service. Supervise and train staff, including baristas and kitchen personnel, to uphold quality standards. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels. Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations. Develop and implement training programs for new hires to enhance their skills in food preparation and customer service. Coordinate with kitchen staff to create menu items that align with customer preferences and seasonal offerings. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café environment, including dining areas and kitchen spaces. Skills Proven experience in food service management or a similar role within the food industry. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage crafting. Experience in banquet management is a plus. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and staff. Ability to train staff on food handling practices and safety protocols. Familiarity with kitchen equipment operation, including cooking appliances. Previous experience as an assistant manager or in a hotel setting is advantageous.
