• $19/hr depending on experience, leadership capability/commitment. This is inclusive of tips which average $7
• 10/hr along with the hourly rate.

As a Shift Leader at GINGER FOX, you’ll inspire and guide your team to deliver an extraordinary guest experience that we’re widely known for while helping create a smooth and efficient shift. You’ll play a key role in leading by example, ensuring that operations run seamlessly, and fostering an environment where the team can thrive.

• Lead by Example
• Show the team how to deliver exceptional service, maintain energy, and always put the guest first. You’ll be a role model for positivity and professionalism.
• Guide Daily Operations
• Oversee the flow of service and ensure that all stations are running smoothly. You’ll keep the team organized and set them up for success.
• Support & Coach the Team
• Be the go-to person for team members during your shift. You’ll provide guidance, solve problems, and give feedback to help them improve.
• Maintain High Standards
• Ensure that cleanliness, food safety, and organizational standards are consistently met. You’ll keep an eye on every detail, making sure the restaurant looks and feels amazing.
• Handle Guest Concerns
• Take the lead on addressing any guest issues or special requests with care and professionalism, ensuring that everyone leaves with a smile.
• Assist with Inventory & Stock
• Keep service stations and supplies fully stocked, and assist with inventory management and ordering to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure Shift Transitions Are Seamless
• Make sure that shifts start and end smoothly, with proper communication between outgoing and incoming teams to maintain consistency.

What You’ll Do:

• Opening and closing sections of the bakery
• Managing cash drawer
• Packaging baked goods and pastries
• Making the drinks and savory food items on our menu
• Interacting with customers to take their orders
• Expediting orders (organizing completed orders and hand-delivering to customers)
• Helping with dishes and overall bakery cleanliness
• Bakery needs preparation
