Our Restaurant Supervisor is a member of the food and beverage leadership team and participates in the day-to-day operations of our year-round 250 Market Restaurant. Our Restaurant Supervisor covers our dinner shift for the restaurant, and weekend/holiday availability is needed. Daily activities of our Restaurant Supervisor include tasks such as organizing and leading the team, maintaining a visible presence in the restaurant and checking in regularly with guests; responding to guest requests and issues in a timely manner; maintaining processes to control cost and build revenue; training and coaching the team, etc. A successful Restaurant Supervisor will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in multiple roles in a food and beverage operation; the ability to establish a good working relationship with associates and fellow managers while acting in a supervisory role; the ability to communicate effectively; excellent computer skills; experience with point-of-sale systems; the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; the ability to walk/stand for up to 5 hours at a time and the ability to life/move up to 30 lbs.
