Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Treat Team Member/ Shift Leader to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Meet, greet and fulfill orders for customers at our walk-up window and Third Party Delivery Services
• Manage cash register operations, including handling cash, and processing transactions,
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining an organized store environment.
• Ensure all food safety and quality standards are met, and maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Provide suggestions to customers, answer questions and offer samples
• Train and assist new employees, providing guidance on frozen treat preparations, customer service, and following portion guidelines
• Assist with ordering supplies and receiving deliveries as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, setting an example for other team members.
• Perform basic math calculations for cash handling
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and cleaning equipment, ensuring all Opening and Closing duties are followed
• Communicate effectively with management and other team members to ensure seamless store operations.

Management Requirements:

• Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably in a quick service fast food restaurant or grocery store setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and handle cash.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Experience with cash register operations and cash handling.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
