Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in kitchen management within a casual dining setting. Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations. Proficiency in cash handling and experience with POS systems. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
