Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Shift Leader to support the daily operations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction, managing staff, and ensuring the store runs efficiently. This position requires strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Assist the management team in overseeing daily operations to ensure optimal performance. Assist management team with inventory levels, including stock management and ordering supplies as needed. Supervise and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. Handle cash register operations, ensuring accuracy in transactions and maintaining financial records. Implement sales management strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance retail sales. Coordinate payroll processes and ensure compliance with company policies. Maintain administrative records, including employee schedules and performance evaluations. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and team management practices. Experience Proven experience in a retail environment, preferably within a restaurant setting. Strong background in customer service with a focus on enhancing the customer experience. Familiarity with cash register operations and basic financial management. Demonstrated ability in sales management and achieving sales targets. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Prior experience in team management or supervisory roles is preferred.
