Doggy Day Care/Boarding – Shift Leader 3.1 3.1 out of 5 stars 419 NJ-34, Old Bridge, NJ 07747 About us We are a fully interactive dog daycare and boarding facility! Attention all dog lovers! Are you looking for a fun and rewarding leadership role that lets you spend your days surrounded by furry friends? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We’re looking for a dedicated Shift Leader to be a leader in our pack. As a Shift Leader, you’ll be responsible for supervising and leading the team of K9 Attendants, ensuring they provide exceptional care and service to our furry clients.
Responsibilities:
Supervising and leading a team of Kennel Attendants to provide exceptional care to dogs of all sizes and breeds Ensuring all Kennel Attendants are following established protocols and procedures for cleaning and dog management Handling customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy Maintaining a clean and safe environment Administering medication to dogs as directed by their owners Providing lots of love and attention to our furry guests
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old Must have your own reliable transportation Must have FULL availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays for a total of 35-40 hours/week Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and basic computer skills, be highly organized, on-time, and reliable. Must have a passion for working with animals Previous experience working in a dog daycare or kennel, OR in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and breeds Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willing to clean up after dogs all day long (You know what we mean)
