The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality, and managing staff effectively. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in restaurant or hotel management. Duties Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including inventory control, catering services, and food preparation. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards in kitchen operations. Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality food preparation and presentation. Utilize Aloha POS system for managing orders and transactions efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Skills Strong background in restaurant management or hospitality industry experience. Proficient in inventory control processes and catering management. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food preparation. Experience with Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale technology. Excellent interviewing skills for effective staff recruitment. Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
