Full-time Key Responsibilities:

Support the management team in daily restaurant operations. Lead and motivate crew members during shifts. Ensure exceptional customer service and food quality. Oversee various duties, from grilling to cleaning.

Qualifications:

At least 18 years old. Previous fast-food or restaurant management experience (1-2 years). Food safety certification (Serve Safe Level 1 or equivalent). Ability to stand, move, and lift during shifts. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
