The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in culinary arts and food service management, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role requires effective leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to food safety and quality. Duties Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations. Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, tracking usage, and minimizing waste. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen environment. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to coordinate food service during peak hours. Train new employees on kitchen procedures, safety protocols, and culinary techniques Qualifications Proven experience in a culinary role, preferably in a supervisory capacity within the food industry. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Experience in menu planning and inventory management is highly desirable. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers. Culinary degree or relevant certifications are preferred but not required.
