Carthage Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor inCarthage, NY. Now offering a $7,500 sign-on bonus!

7pm-7am Full-Time (FT) 11pm-7am

Duties:

Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigningnursing staff Establish a compassionate environment by providingsupport to residents & families Provide information to residents &staff by answering questions and requests Maintain a safe & cleanworking environment by implementing rules & regulations Ensureresident confidence by monitoring confidential informationprocessing Manage documentation of resident care services Promote acooperative relationship among health care teams

Requirements:

Musthold valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum 3 years Long-TermCare experience required Should be a strong and positive TeamDirector for all members of the staff Familiar with EHR andPrescribing programs Excellent communication skills Basic computerskills About us: Carthage Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing isa 90-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located on theoutskirts of the historic village of Carthage.
