• Part Time, Weekends & Full time position, start immediately! We care and love to educate our customers, so basic knowledge of organic foods and nutrition are important (we will train you if needed). Our priority is to provide fast service as well as good vibes and high energy. We are located in a high-visibility, high traffic area. Flexibility, a get it done attitude, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment are musts. • barista/juice team experience/Managers Responsibilities Oversee daily workflow of the operation. Evaluate team performance Receive and verify incoming shipments, Ensure quality of all products according to Juice & Tings policy/NYC policies. Conduct regular inventory and sanitary checks. Daily record of juice production and waste Delegate fulfilment of customer orders to staff. Perform other related duties as assigned ( assignments may vary). Increase sale, creating daily sales target and goals. Make sure that store is clean and organized by Juice & Tings and DOH standards Check food and ingredients for freshness Arrange and garnish menu items Work well under pressure and within the time limit Work closely with management to support efficiency and communication Ensure proper food preparation, handling and rotation Maintain clean working environment at all times Uphold and enforce all company policies and requirements Maintain all kitchen equipment Manage food waste Enforce all health code and food + safety requirements Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior experience in related food and beverage service and food preparation positions Thorough experience with food preparation Ability to use, juicer, blender, and food processor Ability to work in a high paced environment Report to the General Manager Understand and comply with all food safety and sanitation procedures Availability to work shifts, extended hours, weekends and holidays Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time Able to move quickly and efficiently Ability to work well in a team Principals only.
