We are offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus Registered Nurse (RN)Supervisor Evenings Ontario Center for Rehabilitation and Nursingis actively seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisorto work evenings for our Skilled Nursing Facility located inCanandaigua, NY. The ideal candidate will have prior supervisorexperience in long-term care and strong communication skills!

Duties:
Maintain nursing guidelines by writing and updatingpolicies and procedures Complete Resident care requirements byscheduling and assigning nursing staff Establish a compassionateenvironment by providing support to Residents and their familiesProvide information to Residents and Staff by answering questionsand requests Ensure a safe and clean working environment byfollowing procedures, rules, and regulations Promote Residentconfidence by monitoring confidential information processing Managedocumentation of Resident care services by auditing Resident anddepartment records Sustain nursing supplies inventory and otherresponsibilities as required
Requirements:
Must hold valid RNLicense Long-Term Care Experience Basic computer skills Excellentcommunication skills and strong team player
