Requirements as a Shift Leader of the brand you must be able to: Leadership Traits and a Friendly Face Operate shifts (open and/or close) and ensure guest satisfaction is met as well as our cleanliness standards are maintained Maintain food safety standards throughout the shifts Ability to maintain/understand labor cost

Preparing smoothies and food that meets our specifications and high-quality standards in a timely manner Deliver “Unparalleled Hospitality” that ensures the customer is completely satisfied with the experience Maintain a cafe that ensures that our customers have a pleasant visit Summary As a Shift Leader at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and a positive atmosphere for both staff and customers. Reporting to the management team, you will utilize your core skills in staff training, food service management, and team supervision to lead your team effectively. Your premium skills in inventory control and cash handling will be essential for maintaining operational efficiency.
