Job Details:

Penfield, NY.
Pay:
Up to $17.50/hour with bonus potential.
Work Hours:
Full-time, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the General and Assistant Managers in daily operations. Lead and train crew members across all positions. Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain profit goals. Oversee tasks like cash handling, food prep, and cleaning. Adhere to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Age:
18+ years.
Education:
No Education Experience:
1-2 years in fast-casual restaurant management. Serve Safe certification is a must-have.
Physical requirements:
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods. Effective communication and leadership skills.
