Location:

1948 W Ridge Rd, Greece, NY 14626 Pay range: up to $17.50 per hour

Schedule:

Full-time and part-time positions available with flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities:

Support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in managing the restaurant Provide hands-on support to employees in all positions Ensure guest satisfaction, profit maximization, and high-performing work teams Lead a team effectively and communicate clearly Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and laws

Qualifications:

1+ year of fast casual restaurant management experience

NY:

Level 1 Serve Safe Certification 18+ years of age Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift 50+ pounds, and tolerate temperature fluctuations Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing situations
