The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with a focus on bar and beverage service. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing outstanding customer experiences. The Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, staff training, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Duties Manage daily beverage operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels. Supervise and train bar staff to ensure high standards of service and adherence to company policies. Monitor cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and security in all transactions. Manage the floor operations for breakfast and lunch service – oversee staff and train where necessary Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations within the bar area. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Maintain a clean and organized restaurant and bar area that enhances the overall guest experience. Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality management, preferably in a bar or food service setting. Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial management within the food industry. Experience in bartending with an understanding of beverage preparation techniques. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage shifts effectively while motivating staff. Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
