43 W 55th St, New York, NY 10019 Pay range: up to $20.50 per hour Additional compensation: $2.00 per hour Full-time position with required flexibility in scheduling Opportunities for advancement and professional growth

Key Responsibilities:

Support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in managing the restaurant Provide hands-on support to employees in all positions, including cashier, lobby, prep, grill, and fries Ensure guest satisfaction, profit maximization, and high-performing work teams Maintain a clean and safe restaurant, adhering to Company policies and procedures Lead a team effectively and communicate clearly

Qualifications:

1+ year of fast-casual restaurant management experience

NYC:

Qualifying Certificate in Food Protection (NYC food handlers certificate) 18+ years of age Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, reach, and lift 50+ pounds for up to 10 hours with scheduled breaks Function in a fast-paced and noisy kitchen environment with tolerance to temperature fluctuations Read, write, speak, and understand basic English Communicate clearly and use a basic computer system (e.g., cash register)
