• Supervise daily floor operations during service.
• Lead by example and foster a warm, welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
• Support and coach front-of
• house team members to ensure smooth service.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with our kitchen team to ensure efficient and accurate food delivery.
• Handle guest need with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
• Maintain service standards and uphold company values during every shift.
