David Burke Juice Co. is in a prime position located in the heart of a bustling Health & Wellness atmosphere. Our organic smoothies, acai bowls, freshly squeezed and pressed juices, specific bottled retail beverages and creative food mesh perfectly with the clientele in the luxury office building. We are looking to add two strong, motivated Supervisors to our team who is capable of leading a Midown Manhattan Juice Bar. One to handle opening & one to handle closing (the Juice Bar is open 7am-7pm Monday through Friday).

Necessary skills:

the ability to multi-task, thrive in a fast-paced environment, strong customer service, management of daily operations, staff, inventory, financials. The right candidate would have great organizational skills and strong prioritization skills. Prior experience in a health food establishment is preferred and previous restaurant experience is a must. Juice bar experience a +++ This is a full-time OR part-time supervisory position with room for growth. Experience Progressive experience in food preparation Progressive experience as a food & beverage supervisor or manager Culinary background is big plus Nutritional background is a big plus Education Certificate of Sanitation from Serve Safe or local establishment OTHER Legally authorized to work in the United States Physically fit and agile; able to carry 40 pounds Flexible schedule Paid time off Professional development assistance Referral program
