At Superbueno, we’re looking for a Shift Leader who brings more than just operational skills—we want someone with presence, patience, and emotional maturity to support our team and uphold the unique energy of our space. This role works closely with the management team to help guide the day-to-day operations of the bar and ensure a smooth, thoughtful, and guest-centered service. The Shift Leader reports directly to the General Manager and acts as a bridge between the floor team and leadership. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Support the team during opening and ensure completion of the daily setup checklist Monitor clock-in times and report any discrepancies Set and maintain ambiance: lights, music, temperature, energy Ensure proper use of POS system and guest checks Be present and active on the floor—touch tables, check in with guests, offer support Assist with bank setups and change as needed Redirect or guide service flow with care and clarity Provide leadership and assistance at the door when needed Close the night following the checklist Complete an End of Day (EOD) report to communicate service details, highlights, and any issues Act as a point of calm and support throughout service—for both the team and the guests
