The Shift Leader will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading staff to deliver high-quality food and beverage experiences. This position requires a strong background in food service management and hospitality, with a focus on maintaining a positive and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of staff during shifts to ensure smooth operations. Train and mentor team members in customer service, bartending, and kitchen management practices. Assist in managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the establishment. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during service. Skills Strong background in food service management and hospitality management. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
