QSR Manager South Improvement Company Greenwood Lake, NY 10925 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced QSR Manager to oversee the daily operations of our new quick-service restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of food safety, quality, and customer service, while managing staff and maintaining efficient kitchen operations. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to train and develop team members effectively. Duties Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and company policies. Oversee food production processes to maintain quality and consistency in all menu items. Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills in customer service, food preparation, and safety practices. Monitor inventory levels and assist in budgeting to control costs while maximizing profitability. Utilize Toast POS system for order management, tracking sales, and analyzing performance metrics. Foster a positive work environment through effective leadership, motivating team members to achieve their best performance. Skills Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen management. Proficient in training development techniques to enhance team performance. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Familiarity with budgeting processes and cost control measures in a restaurant setting. Experience with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
