The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing service operations, with a focus on creating a welcoming environment for guests. This role requires a blend of leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for the food and beverage industry, particularly in settings such as casual dining and fine dining establishments. Duties Oversee daily operations to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Manage and train staff, including developing training programs to enhance team performance. Supervise front-of-house operations, ensuring compliance with food handling and safety regulations. Handle cash management processes, including cash handling and reconciliation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain quality control of food and beverage offerings. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner. Implement strategies to improve service efficiency and enhance the overall guest experience. Maintain inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Experience Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality sector, preferably in casual or fine dining environments. Strong understanding of training development techniques to foster team growth. Experience managing service teams with an emphasis on coffee service is a plus. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is essential. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and guests. A background as an Assistant Manager or similar role is advantageous.
