As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant run smoothly, from food preparation to cash handling, while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate closing operations during your shift to ensure optimal performance. Lead and motivate team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and high standards. Assist in food preparation and production, ensuring quality and presentation meet our culinary standards. Manage cash handling procedures, including register operations and end-of-shift reconciliation. Provide training and support to staff Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels Skills Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Strong culinary knowledge with experience in food preparation and production. Proficient in cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on hospitality. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
