Pay Range:
up to $20.55 per hour Additional compensation:
Tips:
up to $1.25 per hour
Performance Bonus:
$0.80 per hour
Position:
Full-time and part-time opportunities available
Schedule:
Flexible scheduling required, including availability on
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations and shifts to ensure excellent customer service Maintain a clean and safe work environment Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales and service goals Implement company policies and procedures Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment
Qualifications:
ServSafe certification required 1-2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role High school diploma or equivalent required Must be 18 years or older Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
