FOH Manager Position Available In Suffolk, New York

FOH Manager Uncle Joe’s Pizzeria 42 W Montauk Hwy, Hampton Bays, NY 11946

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the front of house area, including the dining room, bar, and host/host station
• Ensure excellent customer service by training and supervising front of house staff
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize customer flow
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food delivery and quality control
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures regarding safety, sanitation, and alcohol service

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role is preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
• Proficient in inventory control and ordering procedures
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
