Due to rapid expansion, we are looking for a seasoned and passionate Food Safety Director to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage food safety systems (HACCP, FSMA, GMP, GFSI/SQF/BRC) Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, and local food regulations Lead third-party, customer, and internal audits Promote food safety culture and conduct training Oversee QA team and improve quality procedures Manage food safety incidents, conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions Collaborate with production, R D, and procurement departments

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum of 3 years of experience in a QA leadership role within the food manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality assurance software. Bilingual- English and Chinese proficiency required
