Duties:

Complete resident carerequirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff Establish acompassionate environment by providing support to residents &families Provide information to residents & staff by answeringquestions and requests Maintain a safe & clean working environmentby implementing rules & regulations Ensure resident confidence bymonitoring confidential information processing Manage documentationof resident care services Promote a cooperative relationship amonghealth care teams

Requirements:

Must hold valid Registered Nurse(RN) license Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience requiredShould be a strong and positive Team Director for all members ofthe staff Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs Excellentcommunication skills Basic computer skills About us: Warren Centeris an eighty-bed skilled nursing facility located at 42 GurneyLane. Our facility provides a wide spectrum of nursing care to theresidents of Warren County. We provide short-term rehabilitationservices to people who cannot immediately return to their homesbecause of an accident or illness. We also provide long-term carefor individuals who are unable to care for themselves. We look ateach person from an individual perspective.
