The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This position involves food service, preparation, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness within our establishment. Duties Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting with their needs. Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and presentation standards. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices. Assist in catering events as needed, ensuring that all food items are prepared and presented appropriately. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including dining areas, kitchen equipment, and utensils. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders. Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about menu items and dietary options. Support the team in various tasks as required to enhance the overall dining experience. Requirements Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Experience in fine dining or catering environments is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
