June 23, 2025 Full-Time Locations Rivers Casino Pittsburgh 777 Casino Drive Pittsburgh, PA 15212, USA Job Details Description Rivers Casino Pittsburgh is seeking an experienced individual to fill the role of Flipt Restaurant Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of cashiers and food runners ensuring compliance with established company policies. The role requires effective communication, excellent guest service, and collaboration with both front and back-of-the-house teams. The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience and demonstrate a commitment to maintaining high standards of service and sanitation.
Responsibilities:
Supervise cashiers and food runners to ensure adherence to company policies and excellent guest service. Ensure proper staffing levels in accordance with forecasted volume and budgetary guidelines. Communicate changes in policies and procedures to team members. Address and resolve team member complaints or disputes; escalate issues to the manager when necessary. Collaborate with back-of-the-house supervisors to facilitate effective communication. Complete required shift paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. Monitor guest flow and communicate labor needs during peak and slow periods. Assist in the training of new team members. Maintain high sanitation standards and sufficient materials in the work location. Treat all team members fairly and consistently.
Qualifications:
Prior supervisory experience preferred. Effective communication in spoken English with Team Members and guests. Experience in a high-volume outlet is advantageous. Complete knowledge of job-related procedures. Proven ability to perform well under pressure. Ability to complete RAMP (Responsible Alcohol Management Program) certification. Ability to communicate Material Safety Data Sheets to team members. Flexibility to work shifts, including holidays.
Certifications:
Must be able to obtain a Pennsylvania Non-Gaming License. Rivers Casino will assist in the application process and pays the fee associated with this license.
