Compensation:

$12 – $16 hourly

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance performance. Assist in inventory management, including placing orders when necessary. Ensure that food quality and customer service meet or exceed company standards. Supervise and coordinate team members during your shift to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience in the food service industry. Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or customer-facing role is preferred. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
