Our monthly Chef’s Dinners offer our staff and guests alike a chance to be creative and experiment with new tastes and regional cuisines.

HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Full time for lead line cook, full and part-time for line cooks Afternoon, evening and rotating weekend availability Experience as a hot line cook, willing to train cold line cooks, seeking individuals who have displayed a stable job history in the food industry Team player mentality Ability to communicate with others professionally and clearly Operate kitchen equipment, including knives and other cooking tools, with precision and care. Wood fired pizza oven experience a plus. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Follow proper food handling procedures to minimize waste and ensure quality. Participate in the training of new kitchen staff as needed. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen setting, be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time Serv Safe food handler’s certified is a plus Must have reliable transportation Have a desire to learn and collaborate on new menu items and features!
