FOH Manager DRC Management LLC Bryn Mawr, PA 19010 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service while maintaining a smooth and efficient front-of-house environment. This role requires excellent team management skills, a passion for food and beverage service, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff. Responsibilities Lead and manage the front-of-house team, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality. Oversee daily operations, including guest interactions, reservations, and dining room management. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication between front and back of house. Monitor inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels. Conduct interviews and train new staff members in service protocols and food handling procedures. Implement health and safety regulations in accordance with food handling standards. Manage shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours. Address guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Skills Proven team management abilities with a focus on fostering a positive work environment. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and staff alike. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in interviewing candidates for front-of-house positions is preferred.
