Utilize Aloha POS system for efficient transaction processing and reporting. Provide leadership and guidance to kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any inquiries or concerns promptly. Support fine dining service standards, maintaining an upscale atmosphere throughout the restaurant. Collaborate with team members to implement best practices in food service and hospitality. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant management is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus. Strong understanding of food handling procedures and kitchen operations. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences. Background in inventory control and management within a hospitality setting is advantageous.
