Food Services Director :
Work with Dietitian and Administrator in planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of the Dietary Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility To assure that quality nutritional services are provided on a daily basis and that the dietary department is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner. Delegate the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties. Qualifications of a
Food Services Director :
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent. Proven managerial experience. Food Service experience in Long-Term Care setting, Nursing home, and/or Hospital is strongly preferred. SERV Safe preferred Strong knowledge of large scale & therapeutic food prep. Solid leadership and supervisory skills. Excellent communication skills. Must be able to work as a team member.
