Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of our Restaurant Supervisor is to ensure that his or her department is properly staffed, following proper procedures and working efficiently and effectively as a team in order to give our patrons the best dining experience possible.

Requirements:

Previous restaurant experience is required. The successful candidate should be familiar with all aspects of running a restaurant, including customer service, cooking, cleaning, proper safety and sanitation practices, scheduling, inventory, team motivation and conflict resolution. Dependability and the ability to work as a team player are key to this position. We are looking for a supervisor who is a hands-on team leader, who will lead by example.
