JOB SUMMARY
The Evisceration Lead is responsible for overseeing the giblet area as well as helping to keep the department flowing efficiently while maintaining quality to a high standard
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following: Other duties may be assigned. Department set up and tear down Ensure department needs are met during the shift Communicate well with team members and ensure that their needs are met Monitor equipment performance and ensure KPIs are being met Monitor quality and food safety standards are being met Maintain department efficiencies Make decisions about day-to-day operations.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
: Support supervisor in communicating the Company’s vision, policies, and procedures to team members. Monitor team members job performance communicate expectations to team members and keep the supervisor informed of each team member’s job performance.
Language Skills :
Ability to read and interpret documents in English or Spanish, such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to complete checklists.
