Overview ClemensFood Group is seeking a Director of Business Management,Foodservice to drive profitability, optimize sales processes, andenhance the customer experience. This leadership role will focus onpricing and margin management, strategic sales planning, processimprovement, and team development. Reporting directly to theFoodservice Sales VP, you will collaborate with cross-functionalteams, develop business strategies, and ensure operationalexcellence. This role requires a blend of analytical expertise,business acumen, and leadership skills to optimize our foodserviceoperations. This is an onsite role in our Hatfield, PA location.

Drive operational improvements, streamliningforecasting, business planning, and sales execution. Leverage dataand insights, working closely with sales teams to refine strategiesand improve customer experience.
