What You Would Bring:

✔️ High School Diploma or G.E.D ✔️ Culinary Degree or equivalent experience in senior living ✔️ ServSafe Certification ✔️ American Dietetic Registration (preferred) ✔️ 4-5 years’ experience in Senior Living Dining (preferred) ✔️ 3-4 years’ experience in a Director-Level Role (preferred) ✔️ Passion for serving the aging population

Key Responsibilities Include:

Oversee day-to-day operations of all culinary departments Lead staff development, event planning, and team engagement Drive menu development, budget oversight, and quality control Ensure compliance with dining policies and state/federal regulations Promote a culture of excellence in service, food safety, and hospitality Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the resident dining experience Join Our Team at Peter Becker Community!
