We are looking for the special person with the following attributes: Outgoing Personality Proven record of supervising staff respectfully A desire to serve and cater to guests needs A strong work ethic Good teamwork and attitude The responsibilities include but are not limited to: Supervise all aspects of the dining room operations Scheduling Taking reservations Monitoring that the staff is following BJ’s Steps of Service Communicating with Back of House Handle customer complaints Ensure all guidelines and regulations are being followed
