FOH Supervisor Treehouse Tavern 1094 Centerville Road, Warwick, RI 02886 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team in a casual dining environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and leading our front-of-house staff. This position requires strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality management, as well as the ability to maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Duties Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction. Assist in managing and training front-of-house staff, fostering teamwork and collaboration. Coordinate shift management to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours. Help manage inventory control for food and beverage supplies, ensuring that stock levels are maintained. Monitor service quality and address any guest concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and adherence to health standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and other front-of-house spaces. Implement operational procedures that enhance efficiency and improve the overall guest experience. Experience Previous experience in casual dining, food service, and/or catering is preferred. Strong background in hospitality management or food management is highly desirable. Proven experience in team management, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of employees. Familiarity with inventory control processes and bar operations is a plus. Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, and weekends as needed.
