Restaurant & Bar Shift Supervisors Windjammer Surf Bar 321 Atlantic Avenue, Westerly, RI 02891 Windjammer Surf Bar is looking for a Front of the House Restaurant & Bar Supervisors for 2025 season. The position is responsible maintaining the highest standards in service and quality. Assists in training and supervising floor operations. Develops relationships with employees and guests to ensure quality service. Compensation based on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Qualified candidates must be able to satisfactorily complete the following responsibilities.

Other duties may be assigned:

Maintains and checks the cleanliness of the Restaurant & Bar When requested, attends Food & Beverage meetings and any other meetings regarding F & B business. Full understanding of the Toast P.O.S. system and cash handling procedures. Schedule staff for proper coverage Hold pre-shift meetings before each shift with the department, informing staff of latest developments within the property they may effect the shift Maintain positive guest relations at all times. Work with your team and communicate needs, ideas and issues to upper management. Follow all safety and sanitation policies. Upsell special menu items to guests. Properly check all guests’ identification to ensure legal age compliance. Perform and monitor that side work is kept up with Ensure server stations are clean and organized.
