Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant locations and boutique hotel properties Ensure consistency in quality, service, and guest experience across all units Lead and develop high-performing teams through strong communication and a culture of accountability Drive financial performance, streamline operations, and identify growth opportunities Build relationships with local vendors, farms, and community partners Support sustainability initiatives, ethical sourcing, and inclusive workplace practices Actively engage in community outreach and volunteer involvement

Qualifications:
