Our menu features frozen yogurt, ice cream, vegan soft serve, over 50+ toppings, specialty drinks, and more. With an exciting range of flavors and toppings, exceptional service, and inviting store design, we strive to exceed expectations at every turn. We are currently looking for enthusiastic and energetic Shift Leads for our new location. As a Shift Lead, you’ll play a vital role in keeping the store running smoothly and ensuring that Team Members perform their tasks efficiently and effectively. We offer a fun and engaging atmosphere, strong employee retention, and growth opportunities. Responsibilities Deliver Outstanding Guest Service:

Consistently provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring the ultimate 16 Handles experience

Product Knowledge and Promotion:

Develop a deep understanding of product offerings and promotions to effectively answer guest inquiries and promote various initiatives

Team Training and Coaching:

Train and coach team members to work collaboratively towards achieving store goals, fostering a positive and productive work environment

Effective Communication:

Maintain open and effective communication channels with owners, and team members, facilitating smooth operations and alignment with brand objectives

Operational Excellence:

Execute daily operations efficiently, adhering to proper procedures for product preparation, ensuring quality and consistency

Store Cleanliness and Safety:

Uphold cleanliness standards and adhere to food safety and quality protocols

Professionalism and Positive Attitude:

Exemplify professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions, serving as a role model for team members

Problem Identification and Resolution:

Salary:
