The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, with expertise in restaurant management and staff training. This role requires excellent leadership skills to ensure a high-quality dining experience for our guests while maintaining efficient food production and service standards. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during shifts. Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment. Oversee food production processes, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle POS systems for accurate order processing and payment transactions. Coordinate banquet and catering events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly. Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and presentation. Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role within the food service industry. Strong knowledge of fine dining standards, food production processes, and catering operations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team effectively.
