They need to have proven success of coaching and training a large team.

Hourly Restaurant Manager Requirements include:

1 year Management experience (Restaurant Management a plus) Must be able to lead, recognize and train successful talent Must be able to communicate effectively with your team and customers Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
