As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store during your designated shift, while also providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of basic computer skills Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all employees on shift, including delegating tasks and ensuring that all duties are being performed efficiently and effectively Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served to company standards Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including cleaning and restocking supplies as needed Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner Conduct regular inventory checks and order supplies as needed Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations
