This role is responsible for theoversight of assigned dining outlets, ensuring exceptional guestservice, optimal team performance, and profitability. The idealcandidate will lead by example, train and inspire staff, and upholdthe resort’s AAA Four Diamond Standards. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in promotingWild Dunes Resort as both a top-tier destination and an employer ofchoice. You will be instrumental in creating memorable guestexperiences and cultivating a culture of excellence among our teammembers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise outlet teams with a focus on quality serviceand operational efficiency Conduct daily line-ups and communicate shift-specificinformation Ensure a clean, welcoming, and well-maintained restaurantenvironment Develop and implement promotions, events, and serviceenhancements Maintain daily reports, logbooks, and financial securitypractices Monitor hygiene and sanitation standards within all F&Boutlets Supervise team performance, appearance, and conduct Support training, development, and motivation of outlet teammembers Address and follow up on guest concerns promptly andprofessionally Uphold resort and departmental standards during peak andstressful periods Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain storagecleanliness Attend departmental and resort-wide meetings Stay current on industry trends and resort offerings Promote additional resort amenities and services toguests Ensure guest and colleague safety at all times Maintain a professional appearance in line with resortstandards
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experiencerequired Supervisory experience in Food & Beverage preferred Four or five-diamond service experience is a plus

Must be at least 21 years of age and authorized to work in theU.S. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonalskills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-pacedenvironment High attention to detail and organizational skills Professional demeanor and appearance Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, andholidays Ability to handle guest concerns with diplomacy and tact
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 75lbs Frequent use of hands/arms for grasping and fine motorskills Occasional overhead reaching and lifting
